The Driving force behind the team, Simon is a hands on Director, always striving to achieve total efficiency within the company, communicating his focus and direction to all members of his team. Simon has 20 years in the business starting with installation and then moving into the rental market in the late 80's, early 90's.  Since the acquisition of Playlight in 2001, HSL has established itself as the largest independently owned rental, company in the North of England. Committed to investing in new technology, driven by the creative guidance given by so many Ld's and industry friends. Investment in LED technology has proved, once again to be the right move at the right time, driving HSL to be arguably the largest holder of LED products in Europe.
